SO i have to fill my cake with chocolate mousse.. Its actually the Costco mousse recipe i found on here.. So i wanted to know if i would be able to use chocolate ganache as my dam and the fill the cake with the mousse.. I will also be crumb coating my cake with the ganache as well.. is this possible ? Please help.. thanks in advance icon_smile.gif

Absolutely, yes! Just realize it might be more susceptible to warm weather than a dam made from very stiff buttercream.
