Do you have suggestions on determining the size/diameter of the bow (s) you place on your cakes? At this time..I eye it. But for larger tiers, 12" and up I'm not so comfortable doing that. TIA for your input.
I generally just eyeball it, too, but if I'm in doubt, I usually do a few sketches with different-sized bows (or whatever kind of topper I'm putting on it) to see what looks best.
