Someone (DH) turned up the setting in my extra fridge to very cold and now my extra eggs are frozen. I peeled them from the shell because they cracked in hopes they will thaw in time for me to be able to use them. Question: Will I be able to use them? I'm using the WASC recipe in different flavors. Someone HELP!!
buy fresh for your cakes, here's a link for you to check out. basically the eggs wont do well except for boiling, and only if they didnt crack and you thaw them in the refrigerator.
