Has anyone out there used a combination oven for cakes or cupcakes? I have heard the sales pitch but I want to see what real decorators think. I found a couple of 1 year old combi ovens and the price is great but still more than convection. If you have used both, which do you prefer?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

So I guess no one uses Combi ovens. The research I have found is that when you bake a cake in a Combi you need to set the oven to the convection setting which to me says that maybe a Combi isn't necessary. If I am wrong please let me know.

Do you mean radiant/convection, such as in the Deluxe commercial oven? They make an oven for bakeries. I got my information from CC and had my rep check it out. Seems like the best. I am getting one in June to add to my bakery.
