I am making Michele's fondant and I forgot to by the powdered gelatin. I do however have gelatin leaves. Can I replace the powdered gelatin with the leaves and if yes how many leaves will equal 1 tablespoon of gelatin.
It depends on the strength of the leaves, there are a few different ones. You should be able to find a conversion somewhere online, but yes you should be able to sub them out.
