I have a question. As we are not supposed to put a decorated cake with fondant in the fridge, what kind of fillings would you suggest in the summer that are not so sensitive to heat and do not necessarily need refrigaration? My daughters birthday is in June and I am struggling to find something that can stay out of the refrigarator for at least 24 hours.
Any sleeved filling.
