Should I Use Black Buttercream

I have a request for a wedding recption cake. The bride wants white buttercream with Black pearls/polka dots.
Since this is for a wedding should I make the pearls with black buttercream or should I be using something else. I dont think her guest will like purple lips and teeth.
Any suggestions?

I would use dragees. They come in all different colours including black.
