How did you KNOW your go-to buttercream was for YOU?
For me, it was when I rented "The Cake Bible" from the library. I failed at all of the cake recipes. Every cupcake tasted like cornbread. Then I tried "Mousseline Buttercream" and all HEAVEN broke loose!
I experimented with various fresh and pastuerized, cartoned egg whites...while adding white chocolate to it....and la dee dee dah...I had "My Buttercream".
What's "your" story?
I've tried MANY bc recipes from all the greats on CC... but they just didn't click. (sorry ) Then, I just went with my experimental vegan bc, and that's what I've stuck with, for any and all. And... AND, there's nothing to it!
