I am baking my first ever wedding cake. The wedding will be mid May in Texas so it will be hot. The bride wants a butter cake or vanilla cake with cream cheese filling, white buttercream frosting, with chocolate ganache poured over the top. Does anyone have a cream cheese filling recipe they think could withstand the heat and humidity? Thanks!
