I've been invited to participate in a quarter auction as a vendor coming up soon but I've never been to one and don't really know what to expect. Just wondered if any of you have been to one or participated in one.

What is a quarter auction?

Apparently it's some kind of raffle where people buy a "ticket" for each item in the raffle with one or more quarters. I've never participated in one, and it sounds like you will probably lose money, so it's up to you if the exposure is worth it.
