Any ideas on how I can make a basketball net? I've seen them done in Sugarveil but I don't have any nor have I ever used it. I could use fondant but don't have a clay extruder so doubt I could make them uniform enough to look okay. Other ideas? Thanks!

try piping royal icing over a cupped shape that is first covered with some parchment paper, let it dry out for a day or two then lift off. HTH
