Does anyone have info on ordering Brill icing? I have used food service but was just checking for best $$$. And, does anyone know difference between light n fluffy & their extra smooth? Thanks for any info!

The best price is going to be from your local supplier without paying shipping charges from elsewhere. The food service that you've used should be able to answer your questions, and possibly get samples to you to compare. If not, call Brill for the name and number to the nearest distributor so you can talk to the rep. I like the consistency of their X-tra Smooth the best.
