I know that I am taking a risk by asking this but does ANYONE know of ACTUAL places that AL Health Dept. inspected in the central Alabama area? Sure, I know I could also use a church kitchen yet I was told it also has to be state recognized, too. (So far no luck with the churches, even my own, with health department certified kitchens. The one I found, said in so many words "no"...) I have read other threads and post, even goggled on the internet regarding the issue and Mobile was the ONE city listed with possible hourly commerical kitchens to rent. Mobile for me is 3 hours away. So nonetheless, I am talking about an ACTUAL place and name! An hourly kitchen will be better for me until my clientele builds (with legal recognition) before considering an at least $900 monthly rental for a store front.

There is an incubator kitchen in Florence, AL, not sure if that's closer to you:

Thanks jason_kraft. Unfortunately, Florence is in 3 hours away in the northern upmost part of AL.
