I'm looking for everyones best doctored cake mixes for the following...

Red Velvet
Lemon
Peanut Butter & Jelly
Peanut Butter Cup
Orange Creamsicle

I am looking to bake a few of them this week but would like to do only 1 or 2 trips to the grocery store this week to save me gas and $ so i can use it towards baking awesomeness.
