I have never made modeling chocolate before but would like to mix it white MMF to make scallops on a cake a bit stiffer. Will they turn out off white? I am trying to make a version of mrsmudrash's cake. In her notes she used the same mixture but her fondant looks really white...I wonder? Thanks for any help icon_smile.gif

Mercken's made a Super White - that is more white than just regular white chocolate.

It's off white but you can knead in some bright white gel color to it and get it be pretty close to white.
