I need to order some Dragees & i'm having a hard time picturing the sizes.

I want a good size for cupcakes... not tiny but not too big...What do you use?

4mm is about standard for dragees, although you can get smaller / larger. I like the 2mm because although still very crunchy they're not quite the teeth-breakers that the 4mm+ are.

(The 2mm may be smaller than what you want though. Using 4mm on a cupcake is not an option for me - they are so crunchy to the point of being unpleasant, and other people feel obliged to eat them whereas if it were me I'd just pick them off & throw away)

I found a picture of the sizes side by side here : (the 2mm would be the ones on the left and the 4mm are in the middle. I think the larger on the right would be 6mm, but not 100% sure on that) http://www.edible-glitter.co.uk/acatalog/Silver_Dragees_or_Balls.html

Thanks that helps a lot! icon_wink.gif I will only use a few per cupcake, and I plan to tell them to just pick them off rather than try to eat em! icon_wink.gif
