My sons birthday today and trying to make a stand up R2-D2 - going well so far but the fondant/sugarpaste is slipped down the sides as its quite tall.
How can I stop this???? Any tips???
Uh oh! Do you think it's rolled too thick? Is the piece too big? Maybe smaller and thinner panels of fondant would help.
What type of icing is it trying to stick to underneath? Was your undercoat too thick? Already crusted over?
I hope you can figure it out and stop the slippage!
