I would like to know if anyone has a good Creme Brulee recipe for cupcakes and a filling and / or frosting to go with it. Thanks!
Haven't used these, but there seem to be several online...
If you have this ability... personal use... make a yellow cupcake, core the center, put in cooked creme brulee custard. When you are ready to serve, add sugar and torch it. If it is for sale, the top will get soft, but the taste will be good. Add a shard of homemade caramel (cooked sugar) brittle sticking out of the top.
