I got an email from a bride who is having her wedding on a Carnival Cruise, so obviously they are providing the cake, but they are allowing her to bring a gumpaste topper. She wants yellow roses and blue delphinium.

My question is do you, as a cake business, sell gumpaste toppers when you are not doing the cake, and if so, how do you determine what to charge for them? TIA!

I would charge like I would for a cake, using CakeBoss. Materials, time, and profit.
