Hello fellow bakers!
I am wondering if my Raspberry Mousse filling will hold up under fondant icing - my plan is to have cake, mousse, cake, mousse, cake, crumb coated with butter cream, followed by fondant... the cake is a regular cake mix ... hope to hear from you soon! Thanks in advance!
As far as holding up under fondant - should be no problem. You probably need to keep the cake refrigerated until being displayed at affair.
Thanks so much for your input - I figured I'd keep it in a cool dark place... maybe refridgeration would be better... would that then affect the fondant? We live in a very cold climate so I'm thinking not but of course, I'm no expert...
