Cream cheese frosting ?? I made to much, And i hate to throw it out. Thank you !

Did you try it? Did it work out okay? I am going to be saving a lot more in the future when I make too much. Currently I eat it, but I need to loose 40 lbs to feel human, I don't want to eat my profits!

I've frozen it before and it comes out just fine , just beat it again.. As a matter of fact I will be defrosting some tomorrow to use. I put it in the fridge until it defrosts and then I take it out and let it get to room temp. and re-whip. I never throw anything out. I freeze it all and see what happens.

Annabakescakes, I was going to, But, My daugter, asked me to make her another cake for work and i used that, So i never got a chance to freez it,
