I'm making my own cupcakes for my wedding -- its in September and the theme is all FALL. I saw an episode of Cake Boss where they made little apples out of modeling chocolate. I'd like to do something similar -- small apples -- to place on top of my cupcakes. I don't know a whole lot about the differences in Modeling Chocolate, Gum Paste or Fondant. Can anyone help? I need some guidance and even Google has failed to provide me with good instructions!
