Hello everyone. I am almost positive this has been asked but I was having trouble finding the right answer... Please feel free to redirect me if this has been answered. I was wondering.

What type of establishments do you look for to rent kitchen space from?

What do you say/ ask them when trying to rent space?

Thank you so much everyone! Have a great night!

there are a few search sites that will help you find a kitchen to rent. i can't remember the site but try googling kitchen incubators and whatever city you live in

My best advice and I am by no means a rent expert ( as I just leased my first commercial space) is to find a place that was once a bake shop or a restaurant. That way you will already have plumbing and maybe even a hood. I hope that helps a little.
