Easier To Use Donut Holes?

i know they would not taste the same, but is it easer/less time consuming to use the round donut holes? or would they just crumble when you coat them?

If the op is talking about cake balls, then YUMMY! I do not like their texture, I think donuts would taste so much better!I may have to try them.
