If the pops are coated in the chocolate already, how long will they last? and can they be refrigerated or kept in a cool area?

I live in a cool climate and have stored them in an airtight container on the counter/pantry for a week or so. Still just as fresh as day 1. In Bakerella's book she individually packages in plastic wrap and freezes in a big box together successfully. If you live in a very hot climate you might try that or the fridge but if they are room temp or cooler in your kitchen they are fine just boxed up.
