Sheet Cake 16 X 24 ?

Do you use the following as a guide:
9 x 13 1/4 sheet cake
12 x 18 1/2 sheet cake
16 x 24 full sheet cake

Correct. That's what they're called. (plus 11 x 15, 1/3 sheet).

I don't, i use the following
9x12 - 1/4 sheet - 27 servings (it's an odd number but i use it for figuring my price so all the serving sizes are the same)
12x18 - 1/2 sheet - 54 servings
18x24 - full sheet - 108 servings

The numbers don't exactly add up when you're using the other sizes.

I use these
Sheet Pan sizes
Eighth Sheet Pans 6½ X 9
Quarter Sheet Cakes: 9 x 13
Half Sheet Cakes: 13 x 18
¾ Sheet Pan 21 X 15
Full Sheet Cakes: 18 x 26
