Can anyone please tell me if there is difference between Candy melts and Modeling chocolate. I've looked for modeling chocolate and all I can find is candy melts/wafers. I'd like to try a few different things with the chocolate. Thanks in advance

There is a recipe for modelling chocolate on this site. Search recipes. I have not used it but it seemed pretty easy to make.

Candy melts are confectionery coating--a product that looks, acts, and generally tastes like chocolate, but has no cocoa butter it in.

Candy melts can be used just like real chocolate to make modeling chocolate.
