the size in question serves 50 - the chart above is good reference for servings and different shapes/sizes

*ALWAYS* use the Wilton chart - especially when informing customer in regards to pricing.
Yes, there are other charts out there but usually they give different sized servings. Why should YOU subsidize the customer's pocket?
In/for almost any product there is a listing of how many servings are in a container/recipe. And you can't argue with them about it - you are still going to pay the price for X # of servings icon_smile.gif
