Freezing Cake Balls

Can you freeze cake balls after you have dipped them in chocolate? How long will they stay good? Thanks for any advise!

I do it all the time, and they are good for a LOONG time

Real chocolate should never be frozen, not sure about the coatings.

I wrap mine is candy foils, so im not sure if that makes a difference. Also I take them from the freezer, and put them into the fridge first.
