I'm needed to make silver to color BC & Fondant... I would like to know how to mix it or make it without alcohol. The commercial kitchen in the ennovation center is partially funded by the school district & alcohol is not allowed. I don't have my airbrush machine there yet...(waiting on permissions to come back)
Thanks

You can purchase silver airbrush color. If you are going to make silver to handpaint from dusts, you can mix with lemon juice.

You can make your BC & fondant gray & then use the silver spray can.

I use vanilla instead of alcohol. Will they allow vanilla even though it has alcohol in it?

When you say vanilla is that like vanilla flavoring or vanilla extract. if so that is fine. Just no alcoholic beverages. Some use a clear alcohol (drinking alcohol) to mix with colors I just need to avoid those

Thank you everyone

Vanilla extract has a high alcohol content so clear works well for hand painting HTH

I use a powdered color that goes on great dry. No alcohol or liquid required!
