I need to do a cake for 60 with the theme of Don Quixote. It's for a retirement party. I have complete freedom to do what I want on this cake so I'm in need of suggestions. If anyone can help please do so. I like the idea of a windmill and Don Quixote on a horse but have no idea how to do it. I'm not that good sculpting.

What about a black silhouette of Don Quixote on his horse with his sword and a silhouette of the giant windmills against bright yellow/orange sunset colors? It'd kind of be like he's riding off into the sunset, or retirement. icon_biggrin.gif
