Candy Clay, Or Fondant? When To Use ?

Can I cover a cake with candy clay (chocolate, corn syrup recipe) because I have not found fondant that tastes good.

Ive made marshmallow fondant before , no recipe to hand sorry . It tastes good . If you look in the recipe section here you will find it . Its easy to make and cheaper than buying readymade

YOu can cover cakes with modeling chocolate. I have a new British magazine this week, showing this. I have talked to a c/c er and she covers her cakes. Google that question and you will come up with some answers. But in the British magazine, this one is really great. hth
