I received a waffle maker and I was wanting to make Waffles from scratch. I keep finding that anything in a box is to dry. Do you have a tested recipe?

Also can you make Belgian waffles in a regular waffle maker and if so does anyone have the recipe for Belgian Waffles?

These corn flake waffles are my current favorite:
(The cornflakes add a nut like quality).

(And I don't whip the white separately, as I always make up my batter the night before.)

Thanks Jan,

I have never heard about cornflake waffles. Why do you make the batter the night before?

Now off to buy some cornflakes. I love trying out new recipes.

I'm not a morning person, so I prep everything I can the night before.
