would love some tips I am making a 3tier stacked cake travellling over an hour to the venue,should I stack at the venue? also it is a chocolate cakes covered with white ganache drizzeled with chocolate with bride and groom on top. Bride and groom made out of icing any tips on making the bride and groom making sure they doont tripple over,

Use the SPS system. Its cheap, and works great! Also, the topper should be put on at the venue. Bring it in a box with something like bubble wrap around it so that it doenst get damaged. Also, use a nonslip mat underneath the cake so that it doesnt slide. Take corners a little wider than normal and drive like you have rotten eggs in the car! I drive cakes sometimes 2 hours away and dont have any problems!

Thanks for advice wanted to ask I'd it okay to cover the cake in ganache and leave out till tomorrow or does it have to be refrigerated thanks
