I am making a cake that consist of 2 inch square petit fours - any suggestions on how I can cover these quickly and easily in fondant?

are you asking about poured fondant?

No - rolled fondant is what the bride wants.

as you would cover a cake, is how i do it.
add jam or piping gel...or even bc i guess...to get it to adhere.
