I have a 5 quart Kitchen aid stand mixer. I would like to buy a bigger mixer soon because with the cake volume that I do I could use a bigger size. Also I am afraid its starting to go out which sucks since I have only had it a few years. I don't like the 6 quart kitchen aid so I know I won't be buying that. Anyway my question is, can someone recommend a stand mixer that is 7 or 8 quarts under a $1000. I have looked at a few online but would love someones personal experience. Thanks for your help.
