I had a friend that had a family emergency this weekend and couldn't pick up her cake. It is a small 8" round with a gumpaste #1 and Minnie Mouse in my photos. Can I freeze it without the Gumpaste/Fondant going soft when it defrosts?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

I wouldn't think so. Can you remove the fondant first?
