I'm new to cake carving but have baked for years! i plan to make a sleeping baby cake for my first grandchild since I LOVE the look. I would love to put non-refrigerated whipped cream-like filling with fresh strawberries in the filling. Is this a 'doable' thing or am I way over my head? (maybe biting off more than I can chew?) any and all advice will be VERY appreciated. Have had some 'consultation' with the lady who made original version on line about sizes and sculpting but need to practice before the real thing!
