Customer Service???

I recently placed an order for Edible Ink and 2 Sets of Edible Paper. I received the ink and circle paper but not the full sheets. I called immediatley to notify them...After not recieving a response I e-mailed regarding this situation.....Still, no response! I am very upset...Has anyone else experienced this?

Call us in the morning, we will get it taken care of right away, it probably was overlooked by accident. We will be glad to rectify it immediately.

I will be in Olympia at a public hearing to change our state law to allow Cottage Foods....I will call in the afternoon when I get back home..Thanks!
