Hi! I recently baked a banana coconut pecan cupcake and it turned out super dense, almost like a muffin. The recipe only called for a tsp baking soda.
Should i add another 1/2 tsp of baking soda?
ANY IDEAS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED
