Can any one tell me the sizes of these tiers? I'm making this cake this weekend and I cant tell what sizes I should make.

Image Looks like 6", 8" & 10" - just varying the number of layers for each tier. Image

Unless that topper is huge, I'd say it was an 8", several 6" cakes and a 4" on top.

the cake is not going to serve many people so i think i might scale it down to a 9, 6, and a 4 or 3 on top

See to me that top looks like a fondant-covered styrofoam disk, then a bunch of 6s on top of an 8. JMHO.
