Hi,
I'm new to all of this and I am wondering what kind of paint brushes I should invest in to have the best quality when I go to paint my fondant and marzipan. Any kind or are there special ones for cakes and food coloring?
Thanks!

Sable hair is very nice, avoid wooden handles the paint chips off and sticks to anything and everything! Michaels Craft store sells a nice brand it has a clear plastic handle with a blue tip and light yellow bristles I don't know the brand name but for the price these are the best in my opinion. Don't waste your $ on cheap brushes another case of "you get what you pay for" hth
