Someone wants to order a cake for her daughters 13th birthday and has sent me a link of the type of bag she wants. http://www.glamfull.com/pauls-boutique-barbie-tilly-twister-bag-bright-pink-3328/

Firstly, how much should I charge and secondly how do I achive this look? What shape cake shall I bake etc....?

From another londoner!...Have you tried looking at prices on some of the London cake shops (such as the cake store). They have a few bags with prices.

I am very much an amateur, but i would bake rectangular cakes and stack them. Then carve the shape of the top of the bag. I would prob add a couple of dowels to keep the cakes in place once stacked. Though maybe using ganache between the layers would help set them.
