I have to go befor the board tomorrow night to(hopefully) get approval for my Common Victualler License. Has anyone ever done this before I am scared I do not do well in front of people in front of cake yes people no. Anything to help?

Free samples...cupcakes, small decorated cakes or similar. I'm a hobby baker, but work with someone who sits on his township board. I was bemoaning the fact that our state (NJ) doesn't allow home bakers. He said, "Come out my way. We'll approve you...just bring samples!" He told me that someone had to appear for approvals and brought an assortment for them and got the OK from everyone on the board.
