I remember reading on here quite awhile ago the idea of using a large cookie as the filling of a cake. I used the idea this weekend and it was a big hit! (chocolate chip cookie in chocolate cake with chocolate frosting!). I know in the previous thread there were lots of different flavor ideas but now I can't find it. Does anyone remember this or have any idea where/how I can find the previous thread? tia.

Does the Chocolate Chip Cookie soften inside the cake? It seems like it would be hard to cut!

Just curious.

sounds yummy though!!
