Greetings Everyone

I am a bit of a novice cake decorator. I usually use the disposable piping bags.
A couple months ago i bought some of the Wilton featherweight bags with tip 789.
I would like to use it but I am just very hesitant to cut them to fit the tip because it cannot be undone.
Does anyone have a video or a list of very explicit instructions on cutting piping bags?

just take a little off at a time, you can always cut more but like you say you cant add it back. for tip 789 you will need a 16" or 18" featherweight bag, drop the tip into the bag and then fold the tip of the bag back over the edge of the tip inside, mark the bag about 1/4" from the end, you only need to trim off enough bag to show the teeth of the tip.
