Cellophane Wrap

There seems to be a lot of cellophane bags, cup cake boxes etc out there but whenever i use cellophane to package cupcakes the sugarpaste (fondant) goes all wet and wilty. What am I doing wrong

Sounds like maybe you are putting it in the bag before the cupcake is at is at room temp. The condensation can wreak havoc on any cake.
