I have to deliver a two tier cake - I'll stack it on location...
But i'm delivering it on Saturday, and it will be eaten on Sunday..
There will be support - dowels - but how long can the cake stay stacked for?

As long as it's supported correctly, it can stay stacked as long as you need it to. I always decorate and stack mine the day before they are due to be picked up and they are just fine.

Ok great thanks - how do you pack it? As is or in a very large box?

I was so proud of my Wilton fondant stacked cake that I left it on the counter for a month. Being a practice cake, it was a box mix with Wilton fondant. It would have probably lasted forever.
