I have my first wedding this Saturday for cupcakes. They are 100 jumbo cupcakes. I have a couple of questions because I am new to the cupcake world 
)
How long do I cook them?? How to do I NOT get a dome on them? I want them flat. How far in advance can I cook them? I am sure these topics have been covered, but I just spend 30 minutes looking and cant find the answers. Thank you all!!
