How long is modeling chocolate last? The kind you make yourself not the stuff you buy. Thanks

Anyone have any idea? I know it doesn't last as long as fondant or gumpaste....

hi, this is a good read on modeling chocolate. I make it and use it a lot instead of fondant decos and flowers. I also keep it in the freezer. I have no problems with that. I would say for about 6 monts. I also just store it wrapped tightly and then in a freezer bag in my fridge or even out. hth
